Intended Use
- TheBinaryClock is designed for the unique digital display of time using binary code and is intended for indoor use only.
- Power is supplied via the included power adapter with an input voltage of 100–240V / 50–60Hz.

Installation Instructions
- Ensure the device is disconnected from the power supply before installation.
- The clock should be placed or mounted indoors, away from heat sources or potential fire hazards.
Mounting
- Remove TheBinaryClock from the packaging and check for any visible damage.
- Place the device on a stable surface or mount it on a wall using the provided mounting brackets.
- Use only the supplied power adapter for operation.
- Ensure that no cables are under tension or pinched.
Operation
TheBinaryClock is operated using the included LED remote control.
- Use the remote to turn the display on or off, adjust colors, and change other settings.
- The specific functions of each button are illustrated in the following diagram.

Care and Maintenance
- The clock requires no regular maintenance.
- To clean, use a dry or slightly damp cloth (always unplug the power cord first!).
- Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or abrasive materials.
- Never immerse the device in water.
Battery Replacement (for Timekeeping):
If the time display becomes inaccurate after disconnecting from power, the internal clock battery (type CR2032) must be replaced.
- Unscrew the back cover of the housing.
- Carefully remove the circuit board that holds the battery.
- Insert a new CR2032 battery.
- Reattach the back cover, ensuring no components are damaged.
Safety Precautions
- Keep all packaging materials out of reach of children (risk of suffocation!).
- Do not operate the device while it is still in its packaging.
- Check the product for damage before first use.
If the power adapter or other components are defective, do not use the clock. - Do not attach any objects to TheBinaryClock.
- This device is not a toy and is not suitable for children.
- Avoid contact with liquids.
- Always disconnect The Binary Clock from power before connecting a USB-C cable to the Arduino or performing any programming.
Never have both the power adapter and a USB cable connected simultaneously. - If an unsuitable power adapter (other than 5V DC 2A) is used, the internal fuse will activate, and the clock will not power on.
